We were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially Mr Kareem, the duty manager. The hotel's location was convenient, and the room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed dining at the nearby restaurants.

The desk and safe in the room were very convenient for keeping my belongings organized and secure. The free WiFi was a thoughtful touch, allowing me to easily stay connected during my stay. The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days in Istanbul.

Personally, I found the minibar in the room unnecessary as I prefer to explore local cafes and restaurants.
